Susan Webber

Currently, Susan Webber holds the position of "Business Banking Account Manager" at HSBC Canada in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, which she assumed August 29, 2005, Webber is responsible for providing financial advice to Small Business Owners and assisting them with their Domestic and International Financing & Trade needs to aid in the growth of their businesses.

In addition, Webber has a start-up trade business, "In Any Event Corporation", which is venturing into the overseas manufacturing/ importing side of the business world. Webber’s knowledge of trade cycles, international brokering and financing options for businesses with international suppliers & clients has been an asset in both her career and her entrepreneurial endeavors.

Prior to her current position, Webber managed branches for RBC Royal Bank, worked in branch operations for Bank of America and was a partner in a California Business which imported and exported goods. Webber has extensive experience in both developing market penetration plans, creating actionable tactical calendars to reach the desired market segment and inspire and motivate staff/ colleagues to achieve the goals they set.

Born and raised in Calgary, Webber earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1991 as well as numerous designations in relation to the banking industry. Currently Webber is pursuing the completion of her FICB and plans to complete the last year of her Executive MBA program in the next couple of years.
